Blodgett DFG-100 Description

The Blodgett DFG-100SGL full-size convection oven is made of stainless steel and can withstand heavy use. Its iron frame adds structure while fiber insulation keeps warm air inside. The durable porcelainized cavity cleans quickly and has dual-pane thermal windows on its doors, providing a way to check on product without releasing cold air. Interior lights shine on product to enhance visibility while removable crumb trays facilitate cleanup. Pans sit on five chrome-plated racks that adjust to 11 different positions.

With the Cook and Hold mode, the operator can cook meat for long periods of time at low temperatures and then hold it at warm temperatures without removing moisture. A Pulse Plus® feature holds delicate and liquid product in the pan and automatically switches to cooking after pulsing the product. The Blodgett DFG-100SGL full-size convection oven is heated by natural gas.
