Equipped with the ability to cook, steam, combi-steam, and retherm, the Convotherm C4 ED 6.10GS combi oven is highly versatile and accommodates a range of sheet and hotel pans. It has a touchscreen to make adjustments, such as programming one of the 99 available recipe options, switching between the cooking types, or choosing an available function, such as preheat or cooldown. To make recipe programming straightforward, this unit has a USB port, and each recipe can have as many as nine steps. It also stores data for HACCP and pasteurization figures.

The Convotherm C4 ED 6.10GS half-size combi oven's door has a latch and a slam function, and the handle is coated in antimicrobial to reduce the spread of germs. Using a tricolor indicator ring, operators can monitor what setting the oven is currently operating in. This unit comes with a temperature probe that can be placed in multiple spots in chicken, steak, or other food to ensure uniform heating and reduce the risk of illness. To provide durability, this unit is made of corrosion- and scratch-resistant stainless steel.
