The Southbend P32D-3240 Platinum Series Radiant Broiler does everything you would expect from a broiler but also comes equipped with a warming oven and a standard oven base. This units single deck broiler operates at 110,000 BTU NAT (90,000 BTU LP) and adds the perfect amount of char to any meat you can fit on its generous 24-1/2" wide by 28" deep grid. A single 45,000 BTU (NAT/LP) standard oven makes up the base of this unit and is a solid addition to any kitchen. Last but not least, the warming oven mounted on top of this unit is heated by the broilers flue gases and is perfect for keeping food at a desirable temperature with 25" x 25" of surface area for warming.

Boasting a stainless steel construction, this piece of equipment is built to last for years of service in any kitchen. Both broiler burners within this unit are controlled independently, allowing for a wide degree of control over where you need heat within this broiler. This broilers meat rack easily slides out a full 17-1/4" from the unit and has four height positions to give you extra control.
