True Refrigeration TFP-72-30M-D-4 Description

The True TFP-72-30M-D-4 prep table includes 30 sixth-size food pans to hold fresh ingredients in the refrigerated prep area that is covered by foam-insulated steel lids, protecting food freshness and maintaining the energy efficiency of the equipment. A factory-balanced, capillary tube refrigeration system equipped with a forced air system ensures products held in the pans are kept between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit depending the temperature set by the operator. Flow of R134A refrigerant is regulated by a tube system.

The base of the True TFP-72-30M-D-4 food prep unit accommodates four full-size food pans, one in each stainless steel drawer, and the door section of the refrigerator contains two PVC-coated shelves that are adjustable in 12-inch increments. Those shelves can be used to store bulk goods, condiments, and other ingredients that need to be kept at food-safe temperatures. To move the unit, 212-inch-diameter castors are mounted to the bottom.
