The front of the doors on the True TUC-48F-LP-HC~SPEC3 Spec Series undercounter freezer are flush with the countertop's front, and its evaporator is coated with epoxy to reduce the potential of corrosion. Equipped with a digital display, the electronic temperature control enables users to set and adjust the temperature, which stays around -10 degrees Fahrenheit. For durability, this unit has a heavy-duty, 16-gauge stainless steel top and 20-gauge stainless steel doors. The undercounter comes with four adjustable, PVC-coated wire shelves that measure 21⁹⁄₁₆ inches wide by 16 inches deep. Four chrome-plated shelf clips are included per shelf.

High-density polyurethane insulates the solid doors and cabinet structure to keep cold air inside the unit, and because the True TUC-48F-LP-HC~SPEC3 undercounter freezer has a stainless steel interior liner and floor, it is sturdy and rust resistant. The floor's coved corners eliminate crevices and cracks that could trap debris. Furnished with 1¹⁄₂-inch-diameter dual swivel castors, this freezer has a low-profile, 31⁷⁄₈-inch work surface height.
